We pursue rent premium achievable given our program and investment requirements. We locate multifamily opportunities using a cascade of research and techniques, and we accurately determine rents based on our in-house capabilities and proprietics.
We have worked on transactions in stabilized multifamily, office, industrial/warehouse, hotels, and medical office buildings, and large commercial infrastructure development project. We do not invest in single family properties. Our acquisitions and development modalities provide strong and diversified returns to investors and we are enhanced by third parties that leverages our in-house expertise.
We work on transactions for funding a multibillion infrastructure/commercial development, recapitalizing a 2 million sq. ft. industrial warehouse, acquiring two super-luxury hotels and three trophy office towers, and work for the repositioning of a hotel/golf resort, and previously several portfolios of hotels and small balance transit-oriented developments. With our client relationships, we pursue both medium and large size assets and use a variety of innovative financing structures to consummate these transactions. We maintain or install tenant-centric relationships that provide an enjoyable or economically beneficial experience.
